Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Receives $2.3 Million Contract Award for High Power Amplifiers
MELVILLE, N.Y., Nov 03, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq: CMTL) announced today that its New York-based subsidiary, Comtech PST Corp., has received a contract valued at approximately $2.3 million for broadband, solid state, high power RF microwave amplifier systems from a major international customer.
The amplifier systems, which include the latest solid state switching and transistor technology and provide for very broad frequency coverage, will be utilized as part of a communications jamming system supplied to the U.S. Army.
