Dr. Sloane has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Comtech since January 2015, and has served as a director of Comtech since January 2012. He previously served as President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Decision Sciences International Corporation, a privately-held advanced security and detection systems company, from August 2011 to January 2015. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of SRA International, Inc. ("SRA"), an information solutions company which, at the time, was a $1.8 billion New York Stock Exchange listed company. He served as President and CEO of SRA from April 2007 through July 2011, during which time he helped lead the sale of SRA to a private equity firm. Prior to joining SRA, he was Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin's Integrated Systems & Solutions from June 2004 until April 2007. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. [<back]

Mr. Porcelain has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Comtech since March 2006 and was previously Vice President of Finance and Internal Audit of Comtech from 2002 to March 2006. Prior to joining Comtech, Mr. Porcelain was Director of Corporate Profit and Business Planning for Symbol Technologies, a mobile wireless information solutions company, where he was employed from 1998 to 2002. Previously, he spent five years in public accounting holding various positions, including Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. [<back]

Mr. Burt has been Senior Vice President of Comtech since 1998 and had been a Vice President since 1992. He has been President of Comtech Systems, Inc. since 1989 and Vice President since its founding in 1984. Mr. Burt first joined Comtech in 1979. [<back]

Mr. Branscum became Senior Vice President of Comtech and President of Comtech EF Data Corp. in 2015. He also holds the post of President of Comtech Xicom Technology, Inc. which he has held since May 2009. He joined the company in 1999 and has held various positions within the Company including Vice President of Operations and Director of Business Development. Mr. Branscum has more than 25 years in the High Power Microwave Amplifier industry, having held Engineering and Operations management positions at Communications and Power Industries, Litton Industries, and Varian Associates prior to joining Comtech-Xicom. Mr. Branscum has both a BA and an MA degree in Physics from Dartmouth College. [<back]

Mr. Hrybenko has been President of Comtech PST Corp. since February 2014. He joined Comtech PST as Director of RF Technologies in July 2004 and became the Vice President of Engineering and RF Technologies in September 2005. Prior to joining Comtech PST, he held engineering management and design positions at Powerwave Technologies from 2003 to 2004, Ericsson Amplifier Technologies from 2000 to 2003 and Microwave Power Devices from 1987 to 2000. Mr. Hrybenko has both a BS and MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University, NY. [<back]

Ms. Houserman has been President of Comtech's Safety and Security Technologies Group since February 2016. Prior to Comtech's acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Safety & Security Group of TCS. Prior to that, Ms. Houserman served as Vice President of Location Products Marketing of TCS. Prior to her location products marketing responsibilities, Ms. Houserman held various roles within the public safety business areas of TCS, including product management, project management, and customer support. Ms. Houserman worked at several industry-leading companies prior to joining TCS, including Vonage, AT&T Wireless, and Metrocall. Ms. Houserman graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. [<back]

Mr. Whitehurst has been President of Comtech's Enterprise Technologies Group since February 2016. Prior to Comtech's acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), he served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Software Group President of TCS. Mr. Whitehurst joined TCS in 2011. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Movius Interactive. Prior to joining Movius, he served as President and General Manager of the switching solutions group at Tekelec, a leading signaling, carrier soft switch and media gateway provider, where he directly managed business development, product lifecycle management, and research and development teams. Mr. Whitehurst was a board member and Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Axes Technologies, which was acquired by Mahindra British Telecom, now Tech Mahindra. He also served in a variety of senior executive roles for Nortel, including Executive Vice President of wireless global operations and Executive Vice President and General Manager of the DMS family of products. Mr. Whitehurst completed the Advanced Management Program of the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Appalachian State University. Mr. Bristol has been President of Comtech's Command and Control Technologies Group since February 2016. Prior to Comtech's acquisition of TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), he served as Senior Vice President and Government Solutions Group President for all of the government business divisions of TCS. Prior to joining TCS in 2004, Mr. Bristol served as a Senior Director with Oracle Corporation in their public sector. Bristol served nine years as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Infocus Communications. Prior to that, he was employed by Atlantic Research Corporation where he held several positions. He has held board positions with Infocus Communications, The Clovis Group, and TechAmerica's Public Sector Board. Mr. Bristol graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. He served as a Captain and U.S. Army military intelligence officer. He is a member of the Association of the United States Army as well as a number of other Department of Defense and communication-related professional societies. [<back]
